AAR’s recent research has highlighted, among other things, client and agency views on collaboration with clear frustrations being expressed on both sides. Coupled to that, changing agency models to more fluid and flexible teams is placing greater internal demands on our ability to collaborate quickly and effectively. Here at AAR, we’re already seeing the negative impact it can have on client:agency relationships and the stresses it’s creating within an agency.
