19 Aug 2022

AAR Group is continuing its future-proofing process by hiring Hannah Astill as Lead Consultant for its Media practice. She takes up the role on Monday 22 August 2022.

Hannah has a wealth of experience in the media space, having spent over 11 years working at leading media agencies including Mindshare, PHD and, most recently, Goodstuff Communications. She has an in-depth understanding of what clients need from their agency partners in a rapidly-evolving media landscape.

She will own the day-to-day management of AAR’s service to media agencies and consulting to client marketers on all media matters. She will also be responsible for expanding AAR’s media capabilities and offering.

Commenting on her appointment, Astill said:

“I am incredibly excited to join AAR. I look forward to helping the business continue to navigate an ever-changing media landscape, helping new and existing clients remain at the forefront of how consumers are engaging with media.”

Paul Phillips, Managing Director who established the Media Practice 25 years ago, will take on broader responsibility for AAR’s relationships with all partner agencies as well as focusing on other aspects of AAR’s proposition as the consultancy continues its transformation and development.

Phillips said:

“Hannah is going to be a great addition to the team at AAR Towers. She has a brilliant, strategic mind and will offer a fresh and critical perspective to ensure our service continues to be of value across all that we do for both brands and agencies.”
