AAR Core Level Seminar - Turn your growing DEI understanding into positive action

Via Zoom video conference

Introduction

Our industry, perhaps more than any other, is in a unique position to embrace diversity, create equity and role-model inclusion not only organisationally, but also through the work we deliver for our clients.

In this interactive session with UNLRN, you'll not only be given the tools to sustainably embed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) into your organisation but also learn how to create and execute more inclusive work for your clients. You’ll complete a DEI Audit of your agency, learn a wide range of best practices and begin building a DEI action plan which you can bring to your agency. Complex and sensitive topics will be explained engagingly and illustrated with compelling real-life examples, including the trainers’ personal experiences.
