Napoleon famously said ‘Four hostile newspapers are more to be feared than a thousand bayonets’. Fear of the media isn’t a new phenomenon, but for many PRs and new business managers, fear of NOT getting media coverage is almost as big a concern.
This is unsurprising as competition in the agency world is fierce and building a reputation through public relations can help drive agency awareness and new business leads.  But how do you actually drive positive coverage for the agency – especially where clients are often reluctant to let you release information about their work?
