Last year’s ‘Mad Men to Sad Men’ research highlighted, among other things, client and agency views on collaboration with clear frustrations being expressed on both sides. Coupled to that, changing agency models to more fluid and flexible teams is placing greater internal demands on our ability to collaborate quickly and effectively. Here at AAR, we are already seeing the negative impact it can have on client agency relationships and the stresses it is creating within an agency.
So what does ‘collaboration’ mean to you? Have we got the right skill sets in place? Does everyone understand what it means, how it shows up at work and deliver it? But what is collaboration in practice? How does internal vs external collaboration differ? It’s easy to say, but not so simple to do. Hence this seminar.
