Part of the “New Agency Model” series of seminars

The ruthless winds of change are blowing, and agencies and their clients need to act fast to stay ahead – the time for a new modus operandi is now. The topic of ‘New Agency Models’ has been bubbling for a while with the IPA, among others, producing a white paper on the subject. So, for this year we have developed two new senior management seminars that we believe can provide further, vital stimulus to your thinking.

In our first, we have teamed up with Digital Mums, a pioneering Digital Academy, to develop a seminar that looks at best practice in flexible working that goes beyond returning mums. For the past 3 years, Digital Mums has been empowering mums everywhere to achieve the perfect work/life balance. But this has now evolved into something much bigger. They’ve been crafting a way of working that truly embraces digital culture and an innovative approach to agile working and we would like to share how this has helped them to rapidly scale-up with you.

Seminar overview

This is more than just embracing technology but building a more diverse and flexible way of working to bring about widespread cultural change in the way we work. Forget the rigid 9-5 model, and ‘coat on the chair’ culture, we want to empower businesses and support agencies to adopt more effective working cultures unlocking new ways of working that can reinvent your business.

In this hands-on workshop we’ll explore the challenges agencies face in getting started with new ways of working and provide practical guidance on how to use tech to enable your teams to embed flexible, remote and agile working practices to unlock new, more creative working practices. Most importantly, we’ll share some best in class examples to give you the confidence and inspiration to get started straight away.

Benefits
