Rebecca joined AAR as Lead Consultant for Creative in August 2020, working to deliver brand, advertising and creative agency selection projects, including social and content.

Through her decade of pitch consultancy and management experience, Rebecca really understands the modern marketing landscape. She brings a fresh perspective to the selection process, helping brands shape and drive the right agency partnerships for the future.

Promoted to the AAR Executive as Partner in January 2026, Rebecca also works closely with our community of agencies, advising them on how to stand-out in an ever changing, competitive market.
