Andrew co-founded one of the UK’s most respected and award-winning PR agencies. He stepped down from his day-to-day role running the agency in 2020 to pursue a portfolio career. His portfolio includes non-executive director, board advisory, consultancy and project roles for a range of high-growth businesses and agencies. Andrew has also acted as the official spokesperson and PR advisor to Lord Sugar for over 25 years and has handled the PR for all The Apprentice winners and their companies since the show started in 2005.
Andrew is also a partner at leading M&A firm PCB Partners, advising its buy-side clients on strategic acquisitions in marketing services, and its sell-side clients seeking an exit. He is a founding partner of Exited Founders, an advisory firm built by those who’ve sold businesses, for those who want to – designed to help founders understand how prepared their business is for sale.
Recognised globally, Andrew consistently ranks as one of the world’s most influential PR figures. He was named Communications and Marketing Consultant of the Year in both 2024 and 2025 at the Global Business Awards, named in the Top 100 Influential People of 2026, and was a finalist in the Creative & Media Entrepreneur of the Year category at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards in both 2025 and 2026.
His influence extends to various advisory roles, including the Business Launch Group panel for The King’s Trust, founding mentor at the School of Communications Arts, Gen Z mentor at the School of Marketing, Counsel Member for Superbrands, Executive Committee Member of Variety, the Children’s Charity, and business committee member at Grief Encounter.
With all this knowledge and experience, Andrew brings a fresh perspective to pitching in the PR, social, content and influencer spaces. He has advised a range of businesses on their marketing requirements, including Starbucks, Nintendo, Goldman Sachs, Holland & Barrett, Greggs, EDF, KFC and Mandarin Oriental Hotels.
Andrew is also a key member of the brains trust within AAR, helping brands design the right solutions to meet their evolving marketing needs.
