Emily joined AAR in spring 2024 as a Business Manager, where she specialises in project and account management across complex, multi-stakeholder client engagements. She works in close partnership with consultants, brands and agency partners to ensure the seamless delivery of consultancy projects, bringing structure, clarity and momentum from initial brief through to completion.

In her role, Emily combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery management. She is responsible for overseeing timelines, coordinating stakeholders and maintaining consistently high standards across all outputs, ensuring projects run efficiently, collaboratively and to the highest quality.

She has developed a strong capability in managing competing priorities and building effective working relationships across client and agency teams. Her approach is grounded in clarity, organisation and attention to detail, helping to align stakeholders and keep projects moving at pace in often complex environments.
