About the presenters
Carole Lowe and Emma Shelton-Smith both come from an agency background with many years of experience at C-suite level. They established Slipstream in 2011 to support leaders in the creative industry through a powerful combination of coaching, training and facilitation.
Carole is a highly experienced professional coach, NLP master practitioner and business mediator who specialises in coaching leaders to create and action fresh thinking for themselves and their organisations.
Emma is a qualified personal performance, small business and corporate coach, NLP master practitioner, trainer and facilitator. She has extensive experience working with leaders, teams and individuals across the agency landscape, both in the UK and internationally.
