Following 16 years in working in agencies Paul joined AAR in 1998, originally to set up the media consultancy.
Paul now consults to clients across their creative agency requirements, commercial relationships and working practices with their agencies. Paul says it as he sees it, cutting through to the core issues quickly.
He has a keen understanding of how the agency world operates and an intuitive grasp of the results clients want to achieve.
Paul is a member of AAR's Executive team as Partner.
