As CEO of Glow London, she helps clients such as BT, Bupa, and EasyJet build strong, growth-focused cultures. She chairs The Marketing Academy Alumni, founded the Slowthef*ckdown movement to tackle industry burnout, and is a Fellow of the Marketing Society. Emma has been recognised as a Campaign Trailblazer, Marketing Week Change Maker, and Mentor of the Year in 2022.
