Emily joined the AAR team in early 2024 after working in the recruitment industry for over 8 years.
Emily brings a passion for processes, attention to detail and has a natural project management mindset. Throughout her career so far, Emily has worked with a range of agencies and brands in the marketing and advertising industry, so AAR felt a natural move for her.
Emily’s primary role is a Business Manager, working with our consultants to ensure that our Build consultancy services are delivered smoothly. However, due to her experience, she’s a natural seller and loves a strategy so is supporting the sales and growth function at AAR also.
