Hannah joined AAR in August 2022 as Lead Consultant for Media, following more than 13 years working across both network and independent media agencies, most recently as Business Director at Goodstuff. Her career has spanned a period of significant transformation across the media and marketing industry, giving her first-hand experience of the changing agency landscape and the evolving needs of brands.
Having worked through the evolution of agency models, media operating structures, data and technology, retail media, digital channels and shifting consumer behaviours, Hannah helps organisations understand what they need from their media agency partners today, and how to build relationships that are fit for the future.
At AAR, Hannah leads media agency selection and advisory projects, supporting marketing and procurement leaders through every stage of the agency appointment process. She advises clients on media agency reviews, market mapping, pitch management, partner evaluation and onboarding, helping them navigate challenges including evolving media requirements, fragmented agency rosters, commercial complexity, stakeholder alignment and governance. Her focus is on enabling confident decision-making and building agency partnerships that deliver long-term effectiveness.
In January 2026, Hannah was promoted to Partner and joined the AAR Executive. She plays a key role in the firm’s continued evolution from the world’s first pitch consultancy to a business recognised for its expertise in marketing operating models, agency ecosystems and organisational design. Her work combines AAR’s long-standing strengths in agency search and selection with a broader strategic perspective, helping brands consider not only which media agency is right for them, but how those partnerships should be structured, governed and optimised to deliver greater effectiveness and agility.
Alongside leading client engagements, Hannah contributes to AAR’s thinking on media, agency ecosystems, marketing transformation and the future of client-agency relationships. She brings together practical agency experience with a clear understanding of the commercial and organisational challenges facing today’s CMOs and marketing leaders, offering a pragmatic, forward-looking perspective on agency selection and partnership.
