Magnet was undergoing an unprecedented transformation, placing design, creativity, and customer delight at the heart of its strategy. As part of this shift, the business sought a PR and Social partner to help reposition the brand — with the ambition to become the most loved kitchen brand in the UK.

Following a competitive four-way pitch led by AAR, Tin Man Communications was appointed as Magnet’s retained consumer agency in the UK.
Their remit includes influencer programmes, media relations, social strategy, content creation, and community management — all aimed at transforming Magnet’s image from a functional kitchen supplier to an aspirational design brand.
