World Vision is an international development charity that believes that by working together with children and their communities they can help transform the lives of the world’s most vulnerable children.

It was a privilege to work with them on a review to help appoint a long term agency partner to help create a platform that can help the charity stand out in an increasingly competitive environment.

Following a pitch against MBA and Krow, VCCP were appointed and we very much look forward to seeing the results.

Commenting on working with AAR, Sally Bownes, Head of Marketing, said:

“We are so pleased we chose to work with AAR to search for a new lead creative agency for World Vision UK.

Martin and the team at AAR really took the time to understand the journey we are on and the step change we wanted to achieve both in the way we work internally and how our brand is perceived externally.

The agency knowledge held by AAR was impressive and with their expert help we were quickly able to build a short list of agencies who fit our brief based on their previous experience and specialisms. This led us to a series of chemistry meetings from which we identified the agencies we engaged in our pitch process.

The subsequent meetings, briefing sessions and pitches were all made easy for us by AAR with all logistics taken care of and access to their app to manage our agendas.

When it came to making a final decision we benefited from the guidance Paul from AAR provided including looking at commercial considerations and are delighted that we are now working with our new agency.

Looking forward we have already engaged Vicky from AAR to help upskill our staff and ensure we become a partner any agency would want to work with, and will  be undertaking an AAR-led Healthcheck with our new agency in the future to ensure we continue to build a fruitful working relationship.

Thank you AAR for meeting our brief, timelines and ultimately introducing us to the right lead creative agency for us at this moment in time – we are excited by what together we might achieve for the world’s most vulnerable children.”
