Business Development Apprenticeship
Learn the vital skills of new business in a practical, intense, six session training course
Designed for those who are taking on a new business role for the first time, the course provides both theoretical and practical training on new business strategy, targeting, collateral materials, pitching techniques and business development from existing clients. Participants are split into teams and gain practical experience by completing an RFI and running a chemistry meeting for a client, followed by feedback.
One on One
Mentoring and pitch doctoring
We offer a one on one or one-to-team mentoring service for new business and senior management people who need bespoke and regular new business advice or a sounding board, usually on a monthly meeting basis. We can also serve as a Pitch Doctor, reviewing and critiquing your presentations before the pitch to improve their logic, flow and impact.
