Adam joined in September 2023 to lead the Business Development and marketing functions to drive growth across all the practices within AAR. With over 15 years’ experience leading commercial teams, predominantly within the marketing and advertising industries, he has a deep understanding of the challenges customers face and has a track record of creating innovative solutions for them.

With a background of devising and implementing commercial strategy, product and solution development, creating and employing processes to drive efficiencies, and team coaching and management, Adam brings fresh knowledge to drive growth for AAR.
