Kerry’s communications industry career spans four decades and she is one of the industry’s most prominent figures. 

Her career includes spells at JWT, WCRS, Limbo (BBH) and Kendall Tarrant (now The Talent Business). She joined AAR as Commercial Director in 1999, and was appointed to CEO in 2006. Kerry is now Non-Executive Chair of the AAR Board having passed the reins of company leadership to Victoria Fox in 2019.  

A former President of both WACL and NABS, Kerry also Chairs Untold Studios, a production company and creative studio in the entertainment, music and advertising space, and timeTo, the industry initiative to end sexual harassment.
