Paul Jacobs


Paul joined AAR in November 2023, having worked with AAR for the previous year launching our ‘No Bullsh*t Leadership’ E-Learning product. As AAR diversifies, Paul is responsible for developing new lines of business, as well as sales and marketing, and the AAR Brand.

Paul is a member of AAR's Executive team as Partner.

Paul brings a wealth of agency experience having worked across direct, digital, advertising and PR – in the both the UK and Australia. Most recently, owning and running his own independent agency.
