Lead Consultant, CRM/CX
Following a 15 year career in Marketing, Advertising and Communications industry working with clients from retail to telecoms, finance to public sector, Vonnie set up award winning agency Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw in 2002 with three partners and grew the business before selling it to Publicis Groupe ten years later. During that time, she saw it grow, stumble through the recession. and grow again in both reputation and performance.
She has seen first-hand what it takes to lead and achieve ambitious business goals within organisations large and small. She believes that we can be at our most creative and resourceful when challenged or under pressure if we are mentally prepared and that it does not take much to knock us off balance if we are not.
A linguist (fluent in French and Spanish) and natural communicator by nature, she works with people and teams as an executive and team coach, as a facilitator, NED and consultant. And most recently she joined AAR as Lead Consultant for CRM/CX.
