AAR Business Development Academy 2026

Central London

Bookings are now open for the AAR Business Development Academy 2026 - our six‑week, in‑person training programme designed to develop the next generation of new business talent across creative and media agencies.

Kicking off on Thursday 23 April, the Academy blends practical pitching exercises with expert guidance from industry leaders. Participants will gain hands‑on experience across real‑world, client‑style scenarios and collaborate with peers from across the industry.

A highlight of the programme is the integrated brand brief challenge, culminating in a live chemistry meeting designed to replicate a real pitch environment. This year’s featured brand is Starbucks, with Charlotta Oldham, Marketing Director EMEA, joining us as a guest judge during the chemistry sessions.

AAR subscribing agencies are entitled to one free place. Places are limited, so early booking is strongly recommended.
