AAR Core Level Seminar: Lessons in Leadership

We've seen some worrying trends and research that indicate an increasingly large leadership gap.  

In response to this, AAR embarked on a quest to help fill that gap by developing new and existing leaders. We’ve been running No Bullsh*t Leadership  - an online self-paced learning course based on Chris Hirst’s best-selling book by the same name – for more than two years now and are bringing some of the highlights of that course to you, our subscribing agencies, so that you can get a flavour of what’s there. 

This highly interactive seminar, hosted by No Bullsh*t Leadership presenter Vonnie Alexander, highlights several leadership lessons from the course to help you grow as leaders in your agencies. You will leave with practical tools and tips that you can use immediately.

​Who should attend? 

By our definition, a leader is anyone who has people they are responsible for. That’s pretty much all of us.

We will be running one session only of this seminar from 10.00am to 12.30pm on Wednesday 26 February 2025.
