In today’s hypercompetitive global landscape, traditional leadership is no longer enough. “Diversity of markets, customers, ideas, and talent is driving the need for inclusion as a new leadership capability” (Deloitte). Drawing on organisational psychology and behavioural science, this training equips leaders with the skills and strategies they need to thrive in today’s business environment: awareness of bias, psychological safety, inclusive meetings, boundaries, inclusive feedback & cultural intelligence.
Anyone who wants to make their language more inclusive. Whether you're shaping internal communications with colleagues or crafting external client work, inclusive language skills are invaluable. Leaders, managers, strategists, copywriters, HR professionals and DEI Committee Members alike will find this session transformative for both professional endeavours and personal growth.
Kirsty Nicol (she/her) is the co-founder of UNLRN and has spent over five years leading international programmes that strengthen inclusive and psychologically safe leadership.
