Introduction

In today’s hypercompetitive global landscape, traditional leadership is no longer enough. “Diversity of markets, customers, ideas, and talent is driving the need for inclusion as a new leadership capability” (Deloitte). Drawing on organisational psychology and behavioural science, this training equips leaders with the skills and strategies they need to thrive in today’s business environment: awareness of bias, psychological safety, inclusive meetings, boundaries, inclusive feedback & cultural intelligence.

About the presenter

Kirsty Nicol (she/her) is the co-founder of UNLRN and has spent over five years leading international programmes that strengthen inclusive and psychologically safe leadership. She has delivered global training for organisations including OPMG, supporting more than 1,000 leaders worldwide. With over 15 years’ experience - including 7 years specialising in DEI - across mediation, mental health programme management, and education, she brings a trauma-informed and relational approach to leadership development.

We will be running one session only from 9.15am to 11.15am on Wednesday 21 Jan 2026 via Zoom.
