The future of Agency Culture post-pandemic

Via Zoom video conference

Introduction

As we re-emerge from lockdown and begin to reconnect with each other, what does it mean for agency culture?

Culture has always been at the heart of how we work – a connector, a differentiator and part of the creative fuel – yet in the last 14 months it has been challenged like never before. Sacred cows have gone, and new ones have taken to grazing in their place.

No one knows what the impact of this is going to be; however, it provides an invitation to create something even better than before. Better for ourselves, clients and the wider world; one that supports the present and future needs.

Seminar overview

We will explore how we can create a series of experiments to build back better through the lens of Care, Culture and Clients. Care starts with ourselves and our teams; how to come back together well and support people’s wellbeing and differing needs. A well workforce can create a culture to enable it to flourish.

What are the new stories that are being told, the rituals, processes and ways of working that have emerged, and that we want to keep? And how do we tackle some of the elephants in the room that have been here a long time – long hours, lack of flexibility, talent diversity and drain?

There’s been an impact on the entire ecosystem, including our clients’ world. What are the conversations we can have with clients, to challenge how we can work better together and create a culture that supports both parties’ goals?

Running this session online

Normally, AAR seminars are held in the rather lovely Penthouse over at the IPA on Belgrave Square, and we hope to be welcoming you through their doors again very soon. However, during these challenging times of social distancing and restrictions indoors, all of our seminars will be delivered remotely via Zoom video conference. This enables us to continue to deliver on our commitment to providing training for our agency subscribers in a safe and convenient format.

We will be running one session only from 10am to 12.30pm on Wednesday 19 May 2021 via Zoom. If you or a colleague would like to participate, please do email us on events@aargroup.co.uk and we’ll be sure to send you the conference details.

NB: AAR seminars are exclusive to AAR subscribing agencies only. A maximum of FIVE places per agency for our remote sessions, please.

Many thanks for your flexibility and support throughout these unprecedented times.
