Leading marketing consultancy AAR has partnered with CRM/CX industry leader Vonnie Alexander to take the helm of their CRM/CX consultancy practice.
AAR has consulted on pitches for brands in this space for more than two decades and has recently handled briefs for Virgin Media O2, KFC, British Heart Foundation and Avast. In addition to managing all future CRM/CX pitches at AAR, Vonnie will also take on a wider remit including the development of new approaches to supporting both brands and agencies in this area.
AAR is increasingly helping clients adapt their marketing models to ensure their marketing operations and ecosystems are future proofed. Vonnie will be a key member of the brains trust within AAR to help brands design the right solutions to deliver against their ever-evolving marketing needs.
Vonnie takes over from Tony Spong, who remains at AAR with a focus on our growing brand strategy practice. Vonnie joins AAR as part of a portfolio career and will continue to develop her leadership and executive coaching practice alongside her AAR role.
Victoria Fox, CEO at AAR, said:
“It is an absolute privilege that Vonnie has agreed to join AAR. It’s a real coup for us to have someone with such deep experience and gravitas running this important practice. She is also a delight to work with, which helps! We look forward to lots of lively debate and a thriving partnership.”
Following a 15-year career in the Marketing, Advertising and Communications industry working with clients from retail to telecoms, finance to public sector, Vonnie set up the award-winning agency Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw in 2002 with three partners and grew the business significantly before selling it to Publicis Groupe ten years later. Fluent in French and Spanish and a natural communicator, Vonnie has more recently worked with people and teams as an executive and team coach, as a facilitator, NED and consultant.
Vonnie Alexander commented:
“I could not be more excited to be joining this exceptional team and to be working again in this industry that I love. I have long admired AAR’s vision, ambition, and professionalism so this is a dream come true. It’s going to be fun.”
