60 fiercely competitive agency teams. Five rounds of 15 questions. More beer, pizzas and chocolate than you could shake a stick at. And the AAR Quiz Champions of 2019 Cup at stake. This year more than 400 people from the industry helped us raise £20,000 for NABS by taking part in AAR’s annual industry quiz battle. We had fantastic help from Facebook – one of the only places in London with a venue big enough to accommodate so many teams and who also provided a huge supply of wine, refreshments and helpers to make the event go smoothly – and from Orion and Mars who provided the beers and sweets. The AAR crew joined forces with the superb NABS team to deliver an evening of fun, some monstrously tricky questions, and endless demands for a recount of points at every turn, such was the ferocity of the competition.

Above and Beyond’s ‘Collective Wisdom’ team were the eventual victors, narrowly beating Bartle Bogle Hegarty’s ‘Black Sheep’ and Mullen Lowe’s ‘Old Street Greg and the Beefstacks’ with a 77 point haul. An enormously good time was had by all AND we raised important funds for our beloved NABS.

And they want to do it all again next year…!
